Shipping Rates and Policies
HomeTreasureCove is comitted to providing our customers quality products at competative prices. That means we need to keep our overhead low, so instead of renting out a large commercial warehouse, stocking it full of the thousands of products we offer and hiring a staff of employees to handle and ship out this large inventory, we have negotiated with the manufacturers and artisans to ship these products directly from their warehouses to you, our customers. This enables us to offer almost everything you see at HomeTreasureCove.com below msrp (manufacturer suggested retail price).
During the checkout process, there is only one shipping method available, standard flat rate shipping. This is the exact cost of shipping each manufacturer charges to ship out their product or products. We are only able to combine shipping charges on multiple items ordered if they are being shipped from the same warehouse. Otherwise, additional shipping charges may apply. All shipping costs are estimated, if the actual cost differs from the total estimated during checkout, we will contact you for final approval. In some cases, the final cost may be more or less than calculated. Most of our suppliers ship via UPS ground, some may use FedEx or USPS. We are not able to ship to P.O. boxes. Some of our larger items, such as furniture, does not include the shipping cost at checkout, as many of these items are custom made. You can email email@example.com for a shipping quote on any item that does not specify free shipping. At this time, we are able to ship most products within the continental United States only. If you need an item shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or FPO & APO addresses, you must contact us first to find out if the item is eligible for airmail and for exact shipping costs.
Please contact us within 7 days if you need to return an item. You must have an RMA number which we will provide you and *additional information, according to each supplier's or manufacturer's return policy, on how to to return a product. A 20 % restocking fee may apply. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Note:Tribal Monsoon products may only be returned for replacement if they are damaged or incorrect. Refunds are not available for these products. Digital photos of the damage will be requested. You must contact us within 7 days to file a claim. Tribal Monsoon products are located on these pages: Luxury Asian Bedding, Decorative Throws and Pillow Covers and Asian Tapestries.
Items ordered from our Native American & Southwestern pages can only be returned for replacement or store credit in this category, due to the fact that these items are handmade Native American products. Absolutely no refunds for these items. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it undamaged, within 14 days, for a 100% Merchandise Credit, on it's purchase price. Credit must be applied toward a product listed on the Native American & Southwestern pages. Contact us for the return address.
All rustic lighting and rustic furniture from Frontier Ironworks is custom made to order and can take up to 6-8 weeks before it ships.Lighting must be installed by a professional electrician as wires can come loose during shipping. Frontier Ironworks and HomeTreasureCove are found harmless in the event of fire or any other damage caused by one of these fixtures. These custom made furnishings are non-refundable.
Returns for refunds or exchange are accepted on all unopened merchandise for our 100% bamboo fiber bath towels, bed sheets and kitchen towels from Pure Fiber for up to 30 days from the shipping date.
IF you should recieve an item that is damaged, or the wrong item, please contact us immediately and make sure you have the item with all original packing materials. In most cases, you will be required to ship the item back where it will be replaced with the correct undamaged item and shipped back at no additional cost to you.
We will always do our best to work with you to resolve any issues or problems you might encounter with an order. When clicking the submit button to place an order, you agree to the terms posted on this page.
*we are bound by our individual suppliers' rules on returning products. The majority of these rules are posted on this page. If you would like to know if any additional rules apply to the product or products you want to purchase, please email us us with the name and sku number, and we will provide you with the exact terms for those products.
Jewels of Java Outdoor Furniture
These products are shipped fully assembled by motor freight. Upon delivery:
1.) Open and inspect all shipments promptly. The driver is required to wait while you inspect the goods.
2.) In the unlikely event that damage occurs during shipment, write "damaged" on the delivery receipt. The driver will give you a copy of the delivery receipt.
3.) Keep the damaged goods and packing until the claim is resolved. DO NOT REFUSE THEM!
4.) Contact Us Immediately! phone: 702-445-0669 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Make sure you keep your copy of the delivery receipt. It will be needed when filing a claim. Pictures of the damage may also be requested.
Any damage noted after the delivery receipt has been signed cannot be claimed and is subject to
Jewels of Java's warranty policy.
Jewels of Java warrants teak products for two years against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, abuse, tampering, negligence, or normal wear. Jewels of Java reserves the right to repair or replace the item at our discretion. Teak furniture that is exposed to the elements will weather, turning an attractive silvery grey. This is natural and does not in any way compromise the integrity of your furniture.
